the whole list, since you asked.
i lead with the phone because it's the one where i can show you the money before you spend any. the rest of this is real and i'll do all of it... but nobody should buy something because a website listed it.
run a trades shop? start with the phone.
30 trades have their own page, with the math on your own numbers. it takes about ten minutes and it costs nothing.
what i do.
every one of these has a line underneath it saying what it doesnt do. that's the part most of these pages leave off.
answering your phone
it picks up when you cant, as your shop, and it knows your trade and your service area. it gets the name, the callback number, the address and what's wrong, then texts you one line. this is the one i lead with, because it's the only one where i can put a real number on your loss before you've spent anything.
straight up: it does not book the appointment on the entry tier. you still call them back.
your website
built, or rebuilt, so it answers the question somebody actually typed instead of describing your company. fast, plain, and written like a person talks. the whole thing exists to make one phone ring.
straight up: the only site i can point you at as proof is this one. i'd rather say that than borrow somebody else's portfolio.
getting found
SEO, AEO and GEO, sold as one thing because they are one thing. the job is making your site carry specific, sourced, local facts that a search engine can rank and an AI can quote. a page that says a missed call costs a Knoxville contractor $200 to $500 gets repeated. a page that says we help you grow does not.
straight up: i cant promise you a ranking and anybody who does is guessing. what i can show you is the method, running on this site.
agents and chat
the phone agent is one of these. the same idea works on your website, your text messages, and the follow-up nobody has time to send. built around your actual job flow, not a template with your logo dropped in.
straight up: nothing on a live customer call runs on my hardware. that stays on managed infrastructure, because a single machine on home internet has no business answering your phone.
follow-up and reviews
chasing every quote that didnt close, on a schedule, instead of never. and asking for the google review the day after the job while they still remember you were good.
straight up: this isnt a standalone thing you buy. it's the top tier of the phone service, because it needs to already know about the call and the job.
the customer list underneath it
if you already run Jobber or Housecall Pro, the lead gets written into it and i stay out of your way. if you run a notebook and your text messages, which is most shops, i'll set you up a proper record of your callers, your jobs and the call each one came from. it's your account and your data, on managed hosting that gets backed up, and you can export the lot and take it with you any day you like.
straight up: it's a customer list and a job history, not full field-service software. no invoicing, no crew scheduling, no payroll. if Jobber is already working for you, keep Jobber and let me feed it.
what people ask.
what is AEO, and is it different from SEO?
AEO is answer engine optimization: getting your business quoted when somebody asks ChatGPT or Google's AI a question instead of scrolling a list of links. it's different from SEO because there's no page two to be on... either the answer names you or it doesnt.
what is GEO?
GEO is generative engine optimization, and in practice it's the same job as AEO with a different acronym. i'm not going to sell you two line items for one piece of work. the work is making your site full of specific, sourced, quotable facts instead of adjectives, because that's what a model will actually repeat.
how do i know you can do this?
this site is the demo. it carries the structured data, the llms.txt, the sourced numbers and the internal linking i'd build for you, and you can view-source any of it right now. i dont have a wall of client logos to show you and i'm not going to borrow one.
which of these have you actually built?
the phone agent, the websites, and the search work are things i do myself and this site is one of them. the booking tier and the office-work tier get configured per shop rather than bought off a shelf. chat and the customer list i build to order, so if you want one, what you're buying is my time and not a product with a login page.
do you work with people outside Knoxville?
the phone thing is Knoxville-first because i set it up in person and i answer when it breaks. everything else is fine remote... a website doesnt care where i'm sitting.
what does any of this cost?
the phone answering is $297, $597 or $997 a month depending on how much of the office work it does, and that pricing is all published on the phone page. everything else i quote after we talk, because a website for a two-truck plumber and a website for a general contractor are not the same job and pretending they are is how you get a bad price.
tell me what's broken. i'll tell you what i'd build.
and if i think you dont need me, i'll tell you that too... it's a small town and i'd rather be the guy who said so.
